2. Product Sizing & Fit

Ranore specialises in relaxed fit and oversized garments.

Fit may vary depending on style and garment type. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Measurements may vary by 1–2cm due to manufacturing tolerances.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by customers.

  • Change-of-mind returns for sizing are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Placing Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods under these Terms.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

All Ranore designs, including logo artwork and garment graphics, are proprietary assets of Ranore Group.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of Ranore designs without written permission is prohibited.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Upload malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product purchased from Ranore is limited to the purchase price of that product, except where prohibited by Australian Consumer Law.
