At Ranore, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
21-Day Returns
We offer a 21-day return period from the date your order is delivered (based on tracking confirmation).
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in original packaging
• Be in the same condition as received
• Include proof of purchase
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased at a discounted price — including during sales events or with a promotional code — are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available for sale or promotional items unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact:
Include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are completely free.
Ranore covers:
• Return postage
• Shipping of the replacement item
Exchanges for a different product are processed as a return and repurchase to ensure accurate stock allocation.
Replacement items are dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected.
If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
Refunds
If you request a refund (no exchange), a $10 AUD return fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@ranore.com.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with:
• Your order number
• A brief description
• Clear photos of the issue
Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Where confirmed faulty, Ranore will cover all return shipping costs and provide a repair, replacement, credit note, or refund as required.
Ranore covers postage for approved defective returns. If, after assessment, the item is found not to be defective, you may be responsible for return shipping.
